Our growing teams are exciting for us and show that we have promising teams in the various areas that we would like to invest in.
As the success of the company always depends on the success of individual departments, we promote cohesion and cooperation through targeted measures and training.
In our most recent category management workshop, the participants were able to get to know each other in a fun way and, above all, away from the daily work routine. We brought three recently recruited colleagues on board as part of the team at the same time.
"When new team members join, it sometimes takes a little patience to integrate them into the team. In this context, a team-building workshop helps them get to know each other during the onboarding process," says Katka Mehtic from our HR department - coach and team-building expert.
Team-building measures work best outside of the work context. That's why we also organise joint events outside the workplace and use activities that most people also enjoy, so that the event has an even more positive effect on team spirit.
