14. Hotjar

We use on our website the analysis tool of Hotjar Ltd (Level 2, St Julian's Business Centre, 3, Elia Zammit Street, St Julians STJ1000, Malta; "Hotjar"). The data processing serves the purpose of demand-oriented design, optimization and analysis of our website. The tool is used to randomly record movements of page visitors on the website. This creates a log of mouse movements, scrolling behavior, dwell time and clicks on the website (so-called heat map). For this purpose, Hotjar uses cookies, among other things.
